The website has been designed with an easy-to-navigate layout tailored to the needs of McLaren Partners.

Whether you need an item to co-brand with you company logo or you are hosting an event or driver appearance and require associated products - everything you need can be found here.

The website allows you to add a range of items to your 'Wish List' and see the products summarised together. If you are happy with the selected items you can easily enter the required delivery and billing information and a member of Team McLaren will contact you with a quote and delivery dates. Or you can simply submit a product enquiry without delivery details and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss further information and answer any questions.

In the meantime, here are some common FAQs...

Can I pay for products using this website?

No, this is an enquiry website. You can submit details of the required products along with delivery and billing addresses, but a member of Team McLaren will be in touch to confirm the order before requesting payment.

Are VAT and delivery costs included in the product summary?

No, all prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. If you supply the required delivery address in your enquiry, a member of the team will reply with a quote for delivery charges.

What happens if I submit an enquiry without completing delivery and billing address details?

A member of Team McLaren will respond to your enquiry and answer any questions you might have. Once you are happy to proceed with the order they will request delivery and payment details.

What happens if I want to order a large volume of products for split delivery?

Submit the enquiry as normal but specify in the delivery notes that you require split delivery. A member of Team McLaren will contact you to confirm all details and delivery costs before proceeding with the order.

How do I find a specific product?

Above the list of products there is a search box where you can search for products using keywords.

How do I view alternative images of a product?

Select the desired product and below the main image should be a number of small thumbnail images. Click on the different thumbnails to view alternative images (if available). To view a larger version of the images click on the main image.

Can products be customised?

The co-branded partner range offers a selection of key products that can be customised with your partner logo alongside the Team McLaren branding. Other items may be suitable for customisation on request. To enquire further please email merchandise@mclaren.com.

What is the co-branded partner range?

This is a range of core items that are offered as low cost options based on minimum order quantities. They allow partners to customise the items with their partner logo alongside Team McLaren branding. The items have significantly shorter lead times compared with bespoke factory orders.

How long will it take for a member of Team McLaren to respond to my enquiry?

Team McLaren endeavour to reply to enquiries within 24 hours. Obviously, in certain circumstances, this may not be possible but we hope to respond as soon as possible. If your enquiry is urgent and you have not received a response, please call +44 (0)1274 788816.
